A sleek Ice-Watch by Citroën designer Pierre Leclercq

Since 2018, Belgian Pierre Leclercq has been head of design for the French car brand Citroën. The designer from Bastogne - also the birthplace of Ice-Watch - has a long and successful career in the car industry. He also designed a series of watches for Ice-Watch earlier in 2013; The popular BMW Motorsport series. And now there is the Ice-Watch Pierre Leclercq.

Sleek design and smooth silicone strap

This watch clearly shows that Leclercq is an expert in the field of aerodynamics. Strap and case merge seamlessly. This not only gives the watch a streamlined appearance, it is very comfortable to wear thanks to the silicone strap.

The structure of the strap resembles that of racing gloves and the second - usually bright - color brings a Hi-Viz accent.

The layered structure of the dial cleverly conveys a sense of depth and is reminiscent of racing car rims. The large numbers and the bright accent colour ensure the watch is easy to read.

As usual with Ice-Watch, the design is unisex; for men and women. The size of this Ice-Watch Pierre Leclercq is, however, on the large side for women with a case diameter of 42 mm. On the other hand, this makes the watch extra sporty!

The Ice-Watch Leclercq is available in 9 different colour combinations, including a special edition with a spectacular rainbow dial.

Because the silicone strap is super comfortable, and the watch has a screwed case back and water resistance of 10 ATM, the watch is also suitable for sports. A heavy rain shower while jogging is no problem at all.
