Pay with Credit card

Holland Watch Group accepts creditcards, among which: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and many other creditcards. Together with our payment service provider Adyen we strive to accept as many locally issued creditcards as possible.

All online credit card payments  are handled by our Payment Service Provider, Adyen. Adyen  uses state-of-the-art software to process your credit card payment safely and to check and verify your data in real time. After verifying the data, they will give authorization to complete the payment. Adyen is the only party that has access to your credit card data. No third party can see your details, not even us.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment method that allows you to perform secure financial transactions over the Internet. To use PayPal you need to open a PayPal account.

Klarna, pay later

Klarna is a banking service for online shopping transactions, active in 45 countries worldwide. If you pay via Klarna you can choose to pay (up to 30 days) later. To use Klarna you need to open a Klarna account.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a fast and secure way to pay for your online purchases. Simply add your card to your Google account and check out with a few clicks. No need to enter your card details every time!

Pay with Apple Pay

Holland Watch Group now also offers Apple Pay as a payment option. It allows you to securely store and use your credit or debit card on Apple devices to make easy and contactless purchases.

Is paying on your website secure? 

Absolutely! Our payment service provider is one of the leading providers that offers a 100% secure payment environment. Our service meets the strict security requirements in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard and the PCI Point-to-Point Encryption standard for secure POS and mPOS solutions.

I have changed my mind and I want to cancel my payment

Our logistics department works very fast, but if your order has not been shipped yet, we will do anything within our possibilities to cancel it. Please contact our Customer Service department and they will gladly assist you.

I experience problems paying with my Credit Card.

There can be many reasons why you can’t make a payment with your credit card on our web site. Please contact your bank as they should be able to provide you with all the details on the rejected transaction. 

My Credit Card payment was accepted, but my order was not accepted. 

HWG uses automated fraud detection software. Your order has possibly been flagged by this software as potentially fraudulent. When you are using your own credit card, please contact our Customer Service department and they will assist you in completing your order. 

I would like to receive a printed invoice

We don’t print invoices for the sake of the environment. Please download your invoice on the ‘My Order page’.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are always paid to the original method of payment. This means that when you have paid with a credit card, we will refund to this same credit card. You can find more information on refunds on our returns & exchanges page.
