   I absolutely love this watch. I had wanted this model in another color since I had first seen it on the Timex website and was surprised to come across it in black/grey and also for an actually reasonable price. I have been wearing a few micro brand automatic watches (diver, chronograph) for several months now but surprisingly reach for this one nearly every single day because it’s so handy, not to mention the quartz movement keeps it extremely accurate. It wears somewhat small on my 7 inch wrist, not small in a bad way but smaller than I would have imagined from just reading the specifications. Overall just a great little watch with classic digital features and retro rugged military’ish design aesthetics. I hope to get more of this same model in different colors in the future.

   • Display can be hard to read in mixed light where it’s too dark to see easily but not dark enough to want to use the indiglo backlight.
   • Not intuitive to use at all and I need to reference the user guide at times.

   It 100% meets my expectations.

   • The strap is comfortable. I don't have to take it off. Does well, even when wet. Dries fast.
   • I like the 5 alarms. Make it easy to set them based on weekday and weekend schedules. Super easy to turn on and off.
   • The Chrono setting is easy to use as well. Good for rest times between sets of working out.

   • I'm not crazy that you can't have the beep on when moving between settings without having the hourly chime on.
   • I wish the night mode would say on longer when set.
