Product description

The GDG Général de Gaulle is a re-make of the world’s first electronic watch launched in December 1958, four years before Elgin Watch Co (USA) released their first electronic watch. The radically modern watch was appreciated for its rigorous accuracy and excellent legibility. It was presented to General de Gaulle and other heads of state such as Eisenhower, Hollande and Bill Clinton. Since then the watch is nicknamed ‘the watch of the presidents’.

This LIP watch has a case made of Steel silver with a diameter of 39 mm and is fitted with a Steel silver strap. Inside the case lies a Miyota movement and the watch features a Single anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

The watch is 5ATM. This means the watch is suitable for showering. The watch comes with 2 Year Warranty.
