After Christmas it's time to clear out our stockroom! That is why we have discounted more than 1300 watches from well-known brands in our Winter Sale. We asked our colleagues which opportunities you really shouldn't miss. After all, they know best what is for sale.

Tiffany's (Marketing Department) Tips: chic women's watches

“I'm actually actually a girl who quite likes sparkling things. Balmain is my favourite brand. Swiss watches that are beautifully finished, very chic. This watch has a mother-of-pearl dial with a flower pattern, which gives it a very subtle shine. Really beautiful. The Citizen watch is made of titanium and super light to wear, and the hours are small synthetic diamonds that really sparkle.

And the GC watch is a watch I would wear to a party. It is a bit classic and has a chic rose gold colour and crystals all around the dial.”

Adam's (Purchasing Department) Tips: Sporty watches for the new year

“My New Year's resolutions are usually gone by the third week of January, but a sporty watch is always an option, right? I love hiking in the mountains and this Swiss Military Hanowa chronograph has a cool outdoor look that suits it perfectly. For weekdays I prefer a nice retro Adidas watch and when I go to watch Formula 1 with my friends, the Casio Edifice - with a dial based on the steering wheel of a racing car - fits best. Also, this watch has Bluetooth which allows me to send all my chronograph data to my phone. Which is useful for a run too.”

Tips from Asif (Logistics Department): Luxury for less

“Yesss, Maurice Lacroix is ​​my favourite luxury brand that we sell and I think this Limited Edition watch is so cool because it is luxurious, but doesn't look like it with that camouflage pattern and the rubber strap. And I just think that Edox watch is really cool with that big red chrono pusher and tire-print strap. And for the summer I choose this Certina diving watch. Very stylish with an extra leather strap for when you are wearing a long sleeve shirt or going to a party.”

Ivana (HR) Tips: The latest trends, only cheaper

“The nice thing about the Sale is that you can buy trendy brand watches for a nice price. My favourites from the Sale are: The Stella watch from Fossil, sporty but also a bit chic. The Norie Petite by Michael Kors; a watch that really goes with everything because it is so small and yet stands out because of the crystals. And I really fell for the Tommy Hilfiger watch. It comes with a nice bracelet that you can combine with other jewelry and the watch.”

And last but hopefully not least, my own tips:

“Over the past year I have become more and more a fan of the Timex brand. They often come with surprising designs and always for a good price. This unisex set is a great offer. A minimalist watch (with backlight!) and two fabric straps for only thirty pounds. You really shouldn't miss that deal. Buy a matching silver mesh bracelet or a leather strap and you have a watch with three very different looks for very little. Also nice to give as a gift.

Another favorite watch of mine from the Sale is the rectangular Royce Concept watch from Boccia. This type of watch is very popular at the moment and the big advantage of Boccia is that all watches are made of titanium and therefore anti-allergenic.

And finally, as a former designer, I cannot ignore the design brand Movado. This small Classic watch is really perfect for a New Year's party.”
