How to change or cancel your order

Changing your order

Before you confirm your order in the checkout, please make sure you have checked all of your details and that the correct product has been added to your order.
If you discover you have made a mistake in your personal details or have ordered the wrong product after you have paid and confirmed your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be changed, unfortunately.

Cancelling your order

If you discover you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately. Once your order has been processed and/or shipped it can no longer be changed unfortunately.
