   Ultimately Excellent service, had to send reminder myself if the product ordered was in after long wait, immediate response that it was in. It looks to me that you inform customer that the product is in, yes nice an excuse ... but could be better I think

   • Three pluses it could do better

   • Customer has to ask himself if product is in !

   Uiteindelijk Prima service, heb zelf herinnering moeten sturen of het bestelde product na lang wachten binnen was, direct reactie dat het binnen was. Het kijkt me dat je klant informeert dat het product binnen is, ja leuk een excuus ... maar kan beter dacht ik zo

   • Klant moet zelf vragen of product binnen is !
