Bluetooth issues

Android phone

Update the device to the latest available software version with Garmin Express: For more information, see the Garmin website 1. Open Garmin Connect and remove your Garmin device 
2. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone 
3. Remove the Bluetooth connection (cancel pairing) !important step! 
4. Then turn off both devices and leave them off for at least one minute 
5. Turn on both devices and make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. 
6. Put your Garmin device in pairing mode
7. Go to the Garmin Connect app 
8. Re-establish the Bluetooth connection from the Garmin Connect app Menu > Garmin Devices > Add device (enter the requested code if necessary) 
9. Follow the questions on your Garmin Connect app.

 

Apple phone

6. Put your Garmin device in pairing mode
7. Go to the Garmin Connect app 
8. Re-establish the Bluetooth connection from the Garmin Connect app Menu > Garmin Devices > Add device (if necessary, enter the requested code)
