The Seiko Presage Classic SPB525J1 is an incredibly sophisticated and elegant watch, with an intense blue dial and subtle, yet stunning details. The indigo blue dial is inspired by the lucky colour of samurai warriors, also known as Ai-iro. This beautiful indigo blue coloured dial has a soft silk texture, a popular material since ancient times, often seen in Japanese home décor and clothing. This structure adds another layer of sophistication to a watch that needs no frills to stand out. With its curvature and intricately textured pattern, the dial captures and reflects ambient light to create a heightened sense of depth and beauty. The tops of the indexes curve to conform with the dials’ rounded shape, and the minute and seconds hands bend gently toward the markers. A newly developed multi-row bracelet with design inspiration from the 1970s provides a delicate and comfortable feeling on the wrist.
