When you have seen a beautiful watch or watch band, but it is not in stock, you can place the product on your wish list. You will be forwarded to a page, where you can leave your name and email address. When the product is in stock again, you will receive an e-mail. Through the link in that email, you can go to the product and then decide whether or not you would like to purchase it.
When a product is in stock, but not at the most convenient location for you, you can order the product. Keep in mind when you place an on-line order for a product that is not located in our central warehouse in Rotterdam, the delivery may take a few days longer. No appetite for waiting? You can also pick up the products from our shop in Rotterdam, Breda and Antwerp, then select this in the ordering process to 'pick up'. You can also specify whether you want to pay in the store (this can be in cash or with pin) or through one of our other payment methods.
When you have put an item on the wish list, we have no option but to look into this. The Wish List is one massive database with no further options. Putting an item on the wish list costs nothing and creates no obligation whatsoever to buy. The only thing this system does is send you an e-mail as soon as we have the product back in stock again. At the time the e-mail is sent to you, your name and e-mail address is removed from the wish list. Therefore we ensure that you only receive the e-mails you want to receive from us.
