Warranty and battery replacement

The Olympic brand offers a 3-year manufacturer's warranty on almost all watches. This warranty covers the movement, not the glass or watch strap which are subject to wear and tear. The battery of the watch is not covered either by the warranty. The battery of most quartz watches lasts approximately 1.5 – 2 years depending on use. If you want to replace the watch battery, have this done by an official dealer of Olympic watches or a certified watchmaker. This way you can be sure that the watch is guaranteed to be water resistant after the battery change.
