Product description

The Lip watches we now know as ‘Churchill’ were originally called LIP T18 after the movement that LIP produced from 1933 through the end of the 1950s. It was highly appreciated for its precision and featured one of the first small second dials (petite seconde) ever seen in a watch. The watch is now called the Churchill, because a LIP T18 was presented to Sir Winston Churchill in 1948 by the French government in gratitude for the services rendered by Great Britain to France during the Second World War. The Churchill watch range today is available with a range of movements, both quartz and automatic and in different sizes for men and women.

This LIP watch has a case made of Steel silver with a diameter of 21 mm and is fitted with a leather strap. Inside the case lies a Ronda movement and the watch features a Single anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

The watch is 3ATM. This means the watch is splash waterproof. The watch comes with 2 Year Warranty.

    Good, only the edges of the lugs are sharp and this damages the watch strap at the edges.

    • Sharp lugs causing my leather watch strap to break on the side, edges cut off.
