   I had entered the wrong postal address, but the change was dealt with very quickly by customer service: efficient and accommodating. Unfortunately, I had also ordered the wrong reference for the watch strap, so I had to send it back. The free return service is very well explained: clear, efficient. I'm waiting for the correct reference to be sent back.

   Javais renseigné une adresse postale erronée, mais le changement a pu être pris très rapidement en compte par le service clientèle : efficace, conciliant. Malheureusement, j'avais aussi commandé une référence erronée du bracelet de montre, j'ai dû le renvoyer. Le renvoi gratuit est tres bien explicité : clair, efficace. J'attends le renvoi de la bonne référence.
