For many years Casio, of which G-Shock is part, has been a trendsetter in the field of watches. Casio succeeded in introducing watches that had both a digital and an analog screen - analog-digital watches (ana-digi). Most G-Shock ana-digi watches have a dial that is 40 millimeters or larger. So if you have a very small wrist, this type of watch can be a bit coarse.
