   Initially, the second hand did not run aligned with the dial. Sent watch back to get another one. Unfortunately, there was a mistake and it turned out I was sent back the same watch. Called the service desk and was helped well, with no hassle. Watch would be repaired. Received the watch back and the repair was done very nicely. Runs like a charm and beautifully aligned! I am very satisfied with the product and also with the perfect service provided. Would order another watch in a minute!

   In eerste instantie liep de seconde wijzer niet uitgelijnd op de wijzerplaat. Horloge teruggestuurd om een andere te krijgen. Helaas was er een vergissing begaan en bleek ik hetzelfde horloge teruggestuurd te krijgen. De servicedesk gebeld en goed geholpen, zonder gedoe. Horloge zou gerepareerd worden. Horloge weer terugontvangen en de reparatie is heel netjes uitgevoerd. Loopt als een zonnetje en mooi uitgelijnd! Ben zeer tevreden over het product! en ook zeer zeker over de perfecte service die verleend is. Zou zo weer een horloge bestellen!
